help please. mens engagement jewelry

Hello ladies,
I've just got engaged and would like to get my df an item of jewellery, not a ring as he works outside all the time and so wouldn't wear it most of the time. He wears a chain a bought him a few years ago and I was thinking of getting something to put on it.
Any suggestions please?

What about a personalised ring on a chain?

Or some engraved dog tag style pendant?

DH got a watch, if you might consider something other than the chain.
