Maternity / nursing bra advice

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and starting to find all my existing bras terribly uncomfortable. My cup size seems pretty much ok, but the bands are digging and rubbing and can get quite painful by half way through day.

Following an intervention here, I went from a 36B to a 36DD / 34E. I've been wearing bravissimo Satine, freya marvel and patsy, and a fantasie I can't remember the style of. All feel horrible on now.

My local independent sold me a Panache Sophie, in a 38E. This is a little big on the cup and after wearing for half a day is really painful. I don't like it at all!

I've been looking at seamless soft cups, and have tried the bravado body silk seamless which looks like it'll be comfy and what I need but the M was too small, and L doesn't seem to fit right - almost as though the straps aren't long enough so the band doesn't sit under my boobs so I think it'll curl and ride up.

Although I'm now a 'big' size my boobs are fairly small (to me anyway!) so I think I can get away with soft cups as I don't loads of support. Ah, I've no idea!

Anything they stock on ASOS would be good as I can get free next day delivery. Can't get to a bravissimo for a couple of weeks and I really need something soon!

Really appreciate any suggestions!
