CathK dress swap

Hello, I have the Cath Kidston bird dress in the charcoal/dark colour way in a size 14. I've lost quite a bit of weight and it's too big now. I wonder if anyone had the same dress in a size 12 that perhaps was a bit snug for them who'd like to swap?! Or is it a mad idea?!

I don't but did have the dress and sold it on eBay for a fair amount so you could do that? You vould use the money towards another diffeent print for the summer or see if one comes up on ebay.

Why don't you have it taken in if you love it so much?

Thanks for your replies. The nearest alteration place to me has quite a high minimum charge for job. I thought a straight swap seemed a great idea!
