Gel nails at home

As part of a drive to save money, I'd like to stop paying 20-25 quid every couple of weeks to get my nails done, and start doing them myself.

A quick Google shows the market is awash with products! I normally get Gelish at the salon, but it's expensive if I want a variety of colours.

anyone do their own at home who can recommend brands?

Sensationail is fab and if I recall rightly, on offer at Boots at the moment.

what's the average length you get out of a sensationail application, is it easy to apply?
