waterproof makeup recommendations please

I work outside most days and can be out in all weathers including heavy rain and snow (highlands )

I like to wear makeup - foundation. blush, eyeliner, eye shadow, mascara, lippy - but of course I always end up looking like I've had two rounds in an industrial washing machine when the weather gets bad

Any recommendations for budgeproof and waterproof products (particularly foundation!!) would be very gladly received

I've never found a decent waterproof foundation, what about a good fixing spray? might not be great for your skin if used everyday though

watching with interest! I use Maybelline betterskin which seems to stay on thru my hot flushes and summer weddings/skiing and is pretty good in most conditions, tho' I haven't worked outdoors in Scotland

I used to use Stargazer Tattoo Pen as my eyeliner and it was fab but I've not been able to get hold of one in ages, I've heard good things about gel liners but not sure on which one is best?

Fixing spray - yes! I once asked on S&B if there was such a thing as a 'hairspray' for makeup. Surprisingly it seems many people use actual hairspray... But a fixer was recommended which I used successfully when when I was working in a very hot and hectic environment and needed to look Grace Kelly-like cool under pressure - and it worked.
Will have a look when I go upstairs and report back
