I suffer from incredibly dry hands- splitting/cracking, scaly, red and painful- the works. I also have a manual job, which also requires very frequent hand washing and my hands certainly get battered.
I have tried so many creams/lotions/salves and I have found THE ONE!
Kiehls ultimate strength hand salve
It is better than L'occitane, body shop, Neutrogena, nip and fab dry hand fix and many others that there is no point mentioning.
I wish I had have of? taken before and after pictures, but the fact I can bend my fingers without wincing at the pain is enough for me 
There was even a more heavy duty "treatment" but I cant find it on the website and I preferred the smell of this one. Well worth the money.
