Please help me find this skirt

I saw someone wearing it. It may be vintage or last year's but it's worth a try.

It looks a little like this but without the buttons and a bit flouncier and softer looking and a tiny bit longer but still falling above the knee.

Two of my daughters got ones that sound just like your description in primark about 3 years ago, they had elasticated waists, they got 2 different sizes so they could have different lengths (they are the same dress size).
Keep an eye on charity shops as well as the high street.
Or you could make one!

Thank you. I will have a look at Primark but also keep an eye on charity shops. I definitely will not make one as I can't even sew a button on a shirt!
