Since stopping the pill, my face (more so my chin) is breaking out all the time and looks rashy and sore! Any products that have worked for you that I can give a go?! Nothing seems to be working and it's driving me mad.

I use dermologica and bare minerals and tackle the hormones with supplements... Zinc, b vits, magnesium

This isn't going to be the answer you're expecting....but.....I've been using a ladycare magnet for menopause symptoms and to balance my hormones and since using it, all my hormonal spots have simply gone!

I was in excatly the same situation a few years ago, I found Freederm worked well for me.

I've heard Dermologica is good from looking around the internet. Is it expensive? The magnet sounds interesting. I think I need Freederm, I look like I have bad teenage skin again! I don't think is actually had it this bad as a teen...

Look up Caroline Hiron's video with Dr Sam Bunting on female hormonal acne on YouTube. It has some good ideas.
