Ball dress for a tall, fat person.

I'm going to a fancy ball in June. Please help me find something to wear . I'm a size 22 on top and about 18/20 on the bottom and 5'11".
Budget is around £100 and I would prefer something long or midi length.
Don't like pale colours.

I really like this but it's a bit pricey for one night!
