Best denim jacket?

I want a denim jacket now we're getting in to spring. I don't want to pay a fortune (e.g. £95 for the ones in French Connection or £80 for a Levis one). Have tried on and rejected quite a few cheaper ones - a lot of them don't fit well: I'm tall and slim, and want one that's not too short! Am grateful for recommendations!

Have you tried gap? I have one from there which fits nicely, it's a few years old though

Yay, Gap worked - thanks! Can't believe I didn't think of it. Bought one of their 1969 jackets. Best of all, as I was walking to the till to pay for a £55 one, I saw another one in a slightly darker (actually, nicer) blue reduced to £20. Result! First clothing item of the spring ...

Yay, glad you found one! Although now you've made me want to go Gap and check out the sale items...
