Levi Curves, which one?

I'm 5'9 a large 12/small 14. Flat bum, not too bad tummy but horrid fat hips.
Will the Demi Curve be about right?

There's free shipping & 20% off code at the moment.

I think that's what i have.

Funnily you sound just the same measurements as me :)

Can you try and return them if no good? Jeans shopping is a nightmare.

mine were from Costco - bought without trying on, and by some miracle they are the best fitting jeans I own. Have kept a decent colour and shape too.

I have a 12" difference between my waist and hips and have a pair of demi curve classic rise that fit beautifully.

dexter73 · 09/03/2015 09:50

Have you tried the quiz?

MorrisZapp · 09/03/2015 09:53

I was surprised to find I was less 'curvy' than I thought! I'm v curvy in real life but in Levis I'm a demi, not a bold.

I wouldn't buy jeans online, the chance of getting the fit and size right first time is tiny. I love Levis but I don't trust their sizing at all. I have classic rises that sit the same height as high rise, and skinny jeans that are wider than slim.

I'd bite the bullet and go to a shop for a trying on session.

haggardoldwitch · 09/03/2015 10:26

Thanks for the comments, the quizz suggests a demi curve.

I agree about buying online Morris but I'm very rural and going to a big enough city is a big day out. Free shipping & returns though.

Now I can't decide if I'm a size 30 or 31.

I would go for a 30.

haggardoldwitch · 09/03/2015 10:29

Thanks Dexter, do they stretch?

OP posts:
dexter73 · 09/03/2015 10:31

Yes they are stretchy.

dexter73 · 09/03/2015 10:32

They have free returns so you could order both to try (finances allowing).

haggardoldwitch · 09/03/2015 10:36

Done, thanks.

I went on the site to order them. There's a big red promotion with 'Limited time extra 20% off' but the code was declined. I emailed Levis for advice who told me it's only for certain things.
I'm jolly cross & feel they've been misleading.

If anyone fancies having a look at the website I'd be interested if they think I'm making an unnecessary fuss.

I though it was quite clear tbh. It says 20% off Special Offers and there is the Special Offers tab in red at the top to press.

haggardoldwitch · 11/03/2015 17:19

Blush. I see what you mean.

MsBojangles · 11/03/2015 17:23

It is very misleading I agree.

You've dodged a bullet though, they come from Germany via UPS and returns are a but of a faff - you have to book a collection via UPS, you can't just return them to a store. They charge you £4.50 for the privilege.

haggardoldwitch · 11/03/2015 17:51

I've ordered some Tommy Hilfiger from HoF. Will report back.
