What do I need to improve nails/cuticles/winter feet?

So, my actual nails are fine, but cuticles a bit dry and ragged. What do I need to do?
Also, I have bad winter hooves feet, what should I use? I am pregnant, so not keen to use too many chemicals.
Thanks for any advice on miracle products :D

I love soap and glory foot cream (heel genius I think) and the hand cream is lovely too

Body Shop Hemp Hand Cream will sort out your hands, nails and cuticles. Wear rubber gloves too for washing up/cleaning.

Feet - I like the CCS Foot Care Cream applied daily after my shower. Once a week or so I give my heels a good scrub in the shower or bath with the Newtons foot Therapy Sponge.

The key is to be consistent. If I forget my feet for a few days I can really feel the difference.

The Body Shop has a 40% discount code on at the moment.

So just hand cream then, I don't need anything fancy for my cuticles? Will try one of the newtons sponge things, thanks. Will investigate foot creams too :)

For cuticles.....Opi cutical oil is brilliant. Get it on eBay. Use it twice a day, it immediately makes cuticals look hydrated.
For feet..... a weekly soak, use a foot scraper, a bit like a cheese grater, and lots of foot cream every night.

For feet: Flexitol. Sorts my heels out in 3 days. They also make an amazing cuticle cream. Hand cream = L'Occitane shea butter hand cream.

My personal remedy for dry winter skin (elbows, cuticles, etc.) is organic extra virgin olive oil. I have a little glass bottle with a brush applicator very similar to a nail polish bottle and fill it with olive oil, which I then brush on my nails and cuticles. Put on some cheap cotton gloves, or socks if you're doing your feet, and allow your skin to absorb the oil for at least 30 minutes. Do this once a day, and you will see results within 48 hours.
For the rest, I use Scottish Fine Soaps Au Lait Milk Body Butter or the Body Milk. I adore the subtle scent and moisturising quality.

Scottish Fine Soaps products use natural ingredients, and olive oil is as pure as it gets. Plus, you can use the rest for cooking :-).
