What do you do with opened beauty products?

The ones you open, use twice, and realise were a mistake?

Currently, I put them in a draw with a lot of other 'spare' things, in case, I suppose, I change colour and they come to suit me one day or because I paid for them and don't want to waste them.

But is there something I can do with them? What do you do with yours? I think you are going to say, 'bin them.' I am too tight by half, I know.

I pass to a friend, sister or mum to try it, or if it was something expensive or very sought after you could sell on ebay (unless they've had a rule change, do check) or on local selling pages.

Pass them on or sell them. Those bad buys used to haunt me every time I saw them, and I'd always kick myself for wasting money, but it's a "sunk cost" - far better someone else enjoys them.

I give mine to the girls in the office.

If they are really awful I bin them but if they aren't too bad then I just use them up and don't buy them again.

I give them all to our cleaner.

Lipsticks included? I must have a dozen...

Depending on what it is I will offer it to my sister or one of my friends, but I have a teen niece and dsd, so usually they're quite keen to take whatever it is off my hands Smile
