Budget sensitive skin exfoliator?

Sorry if this has been done before! Can anyone recommend an exfoliator for sensitive skin please? I'm using Superdrug hot cloth cleanser and their day and night moisturisers to give an idea of budget. But could push it up a bit for the right product. TIA

I really like the waitrose pure face polish. V cheap & also one of the nicest ones I've used for my skin.

My skin in quite sensitive too. I have a little facial brush which is £2.50 from the body shop. I use it with my face wash to exfoliate my skin. I really don't think people always need a separate product.

Do you want a scrub or a chemical exfoliator?

I like the St Ives apricot scrub for sensitive skin, or Bravura Glycolic moisturiser.

I'm happy w the Superdrug Radiance exfoliating polish. The range is great.

Aspirin mask?
3-4 (or more) dispersible aspirins
2 teaspoons vodka (the alcohol ups the acid from aspirin)
1 teaspoon honey - just to make it stick!
Mix into a paste, leave on face for 10-15 minutes then rinse off. The aspirin works as a very mild peel and the gritty bits left over act as an exfoliator. It sounds scary but is amazingly gentle and your skin looks amazing.

I've also heard about Epsom salts as a mask and exfolitor but haven't tried yet.

Thanks to everyone! I'm intrigued by the aspirin mask Hell Kitty, so will def give that a go. Ballroom with no balls, I'm going for a scrub:)

The St Ives daily micro dermabrasion scrub is much gentler then the apricot one and really good for sensitive skin

also recommend the aspirin mask, or the St Ives microdermabrasion - both are fab and the aspirin one is mega cheap, I used to buy pack of 30 aspirin from the pound shop which would last a couple of months

A muslin and coconut oil (or almond oil or olive oil) - put the oil on a clean dry cloth and rub in gently, then rinse muslin with hot water and use it to wipe excess oil off face. Make sure you do into creases round nose and chin. Very gentle and effective, and takes off make-up too.

Avoid anything with plastic micro beads as they really pollute the sea and harm fish etc. www.beatthemicrobead.org/en/
