Colour trench coat

I'm never going to have the mone for a Burberry trench, but I'd like to have that style of coat for the spring time. I've seen a mustard River Island trench (below) as well as lots of other bright colours. I'm late 20s, dark hair and olive skin.

Is it better to go for the more traditional/classic colour trench or do you think a bright colour would be nice? Also, where's best in terms of style and quality?

Oooooh I love that op! I think river island is pretty good for quality and style usually, and with your colouring I think it would go really well. Go for it ! I want one too

Agreed, fab coat.

I don't like the silver details, they look cheap. Otherwise it's a great coat and good colour.

Bright every time!

I just bought myself a trench from Hobbs in a classic beige. Must say I was also very keen on the lovely red version they are running, too.

It's lovely! Obviously you'll be able to wear it with less things, but if you have other spring coats it doesn't matter. I have a beige one and a light turquoise one, all bases are covered.
