Non frumpy more than a capped sleeved t shirt

That I can throw in my suitcase and wash easily, any ideas? I'm very aware of my wings so would like a slightly longer sleeve but a casual t shirt that doesn't make me look 80

Forgot to add a non belly bulge clingy material either. So far I've found nowt!

Silk blouse? Pure do a short sleeve version

The Boden lightweight boat neck meets both criteria. It is light enough to wear in the hottest of weather, good for layering, comes down to elbow length and flatters across the mid section. I have it in black and it is perfect. It drys quickly, washes well and irons easily. Because of the light weight material it is more flattering in darker shades.

It's going to be really hot I need daytime casual so cotton is prob better?
