I love it!

ephemeralfairy · 03/03/2015 00:24

Not a fan I'm afraid.

HootOnTheBeach · 03/03/2015 00:38

Unsure about navy on navy, but it's an alright dress!

puds11isNAUGHTYnotNAICE · 03/03/2015 00:41

Sorry OP, tis a bit ghastly!

StrawberryMojito · 03/03/2015 00:42

mayaknew · 03/03/2015 00:44

Yay Grin

TheSmallerBadger · 03/03/2015 00:49

I couldn't get away with it Grin

But if you are young enough, kooky enough and your norks aren't too big for the high neck line - go for it, it'll look amazing. I think you might need to rethink the navy tights/boots combo though.

winterland · 03/03/2015 00:58

I think with boots and tights it would look like fancy dress. sorry op. not for me

Carpaccio · 03/03/2015 01:08

It looks like something from Austin Powers.
If that's your style or it's a fancy dress party, then go for it - I'm not a fan though.

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost · 03/03/2015 01:52

There's no doubting it's a nice dress in itself, but it would have to suit the wearer. It would be horrible on the wrong person.
Why don't you buy the dress. Keep the labels and reciept . Try it on and upload a picture of yourself wearing it. Then get opinions on it, because to me it's one of those dresses that you can't day yay or nay till you see someone wearing it.
Some dresses look horrible off and amazing on whilst others look gorgeous off but horrible on.

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost · 03/03/2015 01:53

Say not day. Fucking auto correct.

BelindaAllWorkedOut · 03/03/2015 04:08

Nay

Eastpoint · 03/03/2015 04:57

They made a very similar dress to this in the autumn, different print but the same feel to it. I bought it & have worn it quite a bit with opaque tights & ankle boots.

mammuzzamia · 03/03/2015 04:58

I have that 'groove is in the heart' song in my head the minute I saw it.

A tricky one. It doesn't appear to flatter the model in my opinion

Eastpoint · 03/03/2015 05:43

'groove is in the heart' is my theme song - it came out the summer I left a bad relationship & I spent hours clubbing & having fun. . Teenage dcs really don't get why I love it so much.

WagonWheel · 03/03/2015 08:03

I was in Zara at the weekend and they had this centre front of the store. I didn't like it, I'm afraid. It just looked like it was trying too hard to channel the current 70's vibe but in an inauthentic, cheapish way IYSWIM.

However, I am always of the opinion that if you like something at least try it, and if you have to ask you're probably not sure enough!

GobblersKnob · 03/03/2015 08:06

The shape is nice the print is godawful.

The white with the yellow and brown makes it look cheap and nasty.

AnyFucker · 03/03/2015 08:12

put it this way, if you can remember "Groove is in the heart" you are too old for this dress Smile

DigApony · 03/03/2015 08:54

I love it, beautiful may even buy this as an incentive for loosing weight Smile

MagersfonteinLugg · 03/03/2015 08:58

Yes nice dress but no way on anyone over 21.

SpecificOcean · 03/03/2015 09:00

Yay to the style.

Nay to the print, the colours and the pockets.

glammanana · 03/03/2015 09:03

The shape is good it reminds me of dresses I had in late 60s when I was a trendy young thing !! but the material looks like a pair of my nanna's curtains sorry !!
