I ordered an item from them last Wednesday. They took the money from my account for it on Thursday. I haven't heard anything since. Website says not yet dispatched, no response to email, and no easy way to contact them.
Does it normally take this long. 2 other items ordered from elsewhere after them have turned up already. Are they just generally crap?
