Best BB cream?

Hi, there's no kidding anyone anymore, I'm getting older and aren't bless with a youth glow anymore :(

I'm a strong believer that what you eat is of prime importance to your skin but I think I need a bit more help and was wondering if BB creams were the answer, or am I too late, is it CC creams these days?

I'm in my mid 30s, with pale skin and freckles. I need something with a bit of a tint to even out the blemishes but not too heavy or I'll look like a drag.

What do you use and recommend?

not L'Oreal, it rolled up into little sausages on my face.

I really like laboratories garner bb blur (has primer). Great coverage, gives me nice even skin tone and most importantly for me, feels really light and not like I'm caked in make up. It's v reasonably priced so I've been really pleasantly surprised.

Dafspunk · 01/03/2015 12:58

That was supposed to be laboratoires garnier

Without doubt, Erborian BB cream. It's brilliant.

Chicinwellies · 01/03/2015 14:04

Hate to say it as Im always a little bah humbug towards premium brands but the chanel cc cream is gorgeous - 2 comments in one shopping trip and my skin felt makeup free. x

Dr Jart, a Korean brand you can get in boots.

Bourjois CC creme - very light, but the pigment cancels out redness (for me) without making you look caked in slap.

Erborian bb cream. It's like your skin on a good day. Light coverage, but evens out imperfections. It's so good i'm never wearing anything else!

nifaitniafaire · 02/03/2015 20:49

Thanks everyone! I like the look of erborian light creme

Yes, definitely try the Erborian. I will also never used another since discovering it. If you can, get the smaller size first to see if it suits your skin, rather than shelling out straightaway for the full size.

Muji's BB cream is very good, though I bought mine in Japan.

cardoon · 03/03/2015 08:30

Is the Erborian suitable for dry skin?
