Anyone gone from brunette to red? (Ginger)

It's always been my favourite hair colour, much envy over natural red heads and I saw a DM article a while ago where 3 women went ginger and they all looked fabulous.

I have brown eyes though, most natural.red heads seem to have green or blue, will I look odd?

And can anyone give me their experiences on procedure if they have had it done.

I went from Brunette to a subtle auburn, then gradually copper. I love it. I'm pale with green eyes.

I used to have a friend with the most beautiful natural copper hair and she had brown eyes.

Oh, and I would recommend having it done professionally.

I'm natural auburn red head and my eyes, although actually very dark green with a brown inner ring around the pupil, look dark brown. You won't look odd, I don't! Well, not with regards to eye and hair colour anyway

I'm Mediterranean, so very dark hair. Pale skin, dark green eyes (almost khaki). I went bright copper nd never looked back! I always have it done professionally- would never do this at home. Go for it; if you don't like it, it is very easy to cover up or to tone down. Just so you know, if you have loads of greys, the colour won't "catch". Good luck!!!!
