Hello lovely people in Style and Beauty.
Does anyone have anything at all to recommend for bad stretch marks/ loose skin?
Its probably beyond repair, but I thought that I would ask.
I had 4 children in 5 years and gained and lost a lot of weight each time and in between. I'm finally heading towards my pre-baby weight (thanks to BIWI and the LC bootcamp) but my skin is looking very sorry for itself particularly on my tummy. I know that its bound to be knackered, but I'd love to make it look marginally less repugnant. I almost don't care how expensive if it actually works ( cheaper than surgery )

Thanks in advance...

Following....I am back to pre preg weight and tummy is fairly flat but battling the wrinkly skin.
I'm thinking core strength improvement, ie Pilates, is the way to go? But I'm not sure Confused

I have a degree of this. Nothing will help bar surgery to remove it!

I had very red stretch marks and used SBC collagen gel on them. They faded away now to very feint lines that are only obvious in certain light.

Decleor prolagene gel is also supposed to be good for improving the appearance of stretch marks

I wrote this on a post before christmas :

I am ditto for the loose skin. The worst thing is for me I am a size 10 bottom and 10 top, and in clothes, look 'nice. Take them off and my tummy is Bad. I scar badly and wouldnt therefore (and for other reasons) consider a tuck.

Since xmas I wouldnt say it is gone but it is AMAZINGLY improved.
That is thanks to drinking more water than I ever thought humanely possibly, and Kayla Itsines (google her, she is incredible). Also, the Bosu balance ball. I promise, these combined will be better than ANY cream or lotion.

Good luck!
