I've name changed as adding a photo.
After taking your advice I have been to see an orange lady, bought some nice makeup and actually know how to apply it (obviously not wearing it in the photo!).

I now need to sort out my hair. It is wild and I have lots of frizz from after having my DD. I need something that doesn't take too long day to day but that I could do something nice with when going out. The picture is what it is like when it is just left to dry after washing. I have an appointment on Tuesday so what do you suggest?

Also it is my birthday soon so thinking I could ask for a styling something - I have straighteners but maybe a BBH or something? I would love to have nicely styled hair but not really sure how to start or what would help.

Apologies for the terrible photo - I don't generally take selfies!

Thanks everyone. I'm feeling pretty good about my hair this morning and can't believe how sleek it looks.

Heated rollers- are they good? I was thinking about getting some a few years ago as a) I'm uncoordinated and b) I could stick them in and leave them while I do things and then just take them out when I'm ready
Are they easy to use?

Heated rollers are great, a little fiddly but you get used to it with practice - but you don't want to use them all the time because its heat damage.
