Teen bras-where is best?

Dd 16 needs some new bras, she is a 34c, and wants some pretty ones with reasonable support, but not stupid money. Where, in the high street, is best,oh wise ones?

Has she been measured properly? I am a 10-12 and only a 30 band.

Matalan ones have been washing well and very good value.
