I don't own a biker jacket. Just nosing round the Olsen website, having bought a really nice skirt in a charity shop. This popped up - nice as a lighter alternative to creaky leather, or not so much?

Not so much, personally. But I love I jeans so would be rocking a double denim look.

I quite like it. Only thing about that style of jacket is, you have to wonder how it would hang if not fastened. I suspected it only looks good if fastened up as in the photo. Don't think it's offensive in anyway, but it's not exciting. I think you could find a better piece to spend your £85 on.

I do like a fabric biker, but I think you can do better than this. The quilting is good, but the distressed colour will make it date quickly - and bikers are always best in black!

I like it!

Thanks for the thoughts. I think I'd be better off with black, but the idea of a fabric biker is definitely a keeper.

I'll need to try one on, though, because I don't generally like feeling too tightly trussed up, so the biker thing overall might not be a goer. And I take the point about how this one would hang if not done up.

Go for a longer line one then, one with lapels. They hang delightfully when open.

Useful info, thanks rooty.
