Petite outfit for a wedding-for over 70!

Hi, mu mum is tiny. Not sure exactly, but under 5'.
Anyway, we have just received an invite to two events next month, a wedding and another big celebration.
She often gets things made, but she has nothing suitable for these and no time to get something made now.
Where does decent petite clothing that isn't like something Miss Marple would wear?

She really likes a pair of Boden petite jeans I bought her, I was wondering if a pair of their trousers would do? I have a very cute navy lace top from there from a year ago, that might go with them?
I think she would love a nice silky style blouse, with short sleeves. A bit like the Boden Ravello, but so hard to find in petite! Everything tends to be super high necked, or too low for her age,she feels.
She is a 10 below and a 10-12 on top, busty.
