Does lip coat work? I've recently started wearing darker lipsticks but end up with it everywhere or with none on after an hour or so. I've tried all the usual things (blotting, setting powder, a base coat of lip liner) but no joy. I'm wanting a miracle product I think, which will allow me to wear dark lipstick then forget about it.
If not lip coat then what?
