Banana Republic faux wrap dress?

Does anyone have one? Do they look well/wash well or should I go for a fitted Phase Eight wrap dress? What shoes do you wear with them other than long boots?

Both are more than I'd usually spend for work but I want to improve my work wardrobe and want clothes that are stylish?

I had two proper wrap ones from last year. They are quite a heavy cottony fabric, wash really well, nice swing t them. I'd say they come up a little small - BR always do.
