Bra intervention please!

I have lost approx 2 stone in the last year or so. I was wearing a 34FF, but have gone down to a 32F now. But, i still don't think this is the right size. I have looked at the bra intervention threads on here, so have done the measurements. I am 28 round, and 37 across the bust. Does that make me a 28G?

I also need advice re styles. I think i need something to give me a bit of oomph! I used to have quite full breasts, but now they're a little empty & deflated, and ski-jump shaped!

I am going shopping on Sunday so can try lots on, but just need advice as to where to start.

I would start with a 28G and work from there. I'm guessing from ski-jump shaped that they are quite bottom heavy - so you may find that a lot of typical moulded t-shirt bras don't work as the cups are very tall so you can fill the bottom yet gape at the top. Balconette and half cups can be great as the top of the cup is wide and square, with little fabric on the upper section - shapes like the cleo juna for example.

Do you know if your breasts are wider rooted (heading under your armpits) or quite narrow?

I am the same size (28FF/G) with what seem like similar shaped breasts. I do like some moulded like the Freya deco and the Cleo Maddie as I don't get much gaping with those. I am getting on well with the Freya Patsy Padded half cup, it doesn't give much oomph but is a very good shape IME and soooo comfy! I also like the Bravissimo Satine.

Yes try padded half-cups, I'm a big fan of Fauve, although I don't know if they do 28 backs.

Thank you, i will have a look at those styles. Bottom heavy is a much better way of describing the shape! I don't think they're particularly wide.
