Face Powder

Do I need it? I hate a dewy finish as it looks greasy on my combination skin so I tend to gravitate towards velvet foundations and sometimes use the Clinique Even Better liquid one.

I have Guerlain Meteorites for special occasions but that's more of a soft focus highlighty thing.

Is a traditional face powder still necessary?

Oh yes definitely! It 'sets' your foundation.

However don't do your whole face! I always keep it away from round my eyes and I tend to dust it across my cheeks, chin and forehead. Loose is better than set.

I feel sticky without a little. I still use Creme Puff though - cheap and good.
