Leggings, leg warmers, oversize tshirt and neon crap.
Claires will have the legwarms amd accesories.
You look gorgeous in that dress.

BikeRunSki · 22/02/2015 20:06

Stripey tights, dm's, lace gloves, black mini, massive t shirt - could you channel your inner Bananarama?

Cocolepew · 22/02/2015 20:07

Lacy gloves and go as Madonna neon stuff

bigmouthstrikesagain · 22/02/2015 20:09

I bloody hate leg warmers and neon crap and more importantly they hate me Grin I will resort to that if I have to but. I hate bloody dress up parties I am too vain Blush

Boy George?

NoArmaniNoPunani · 22/02/2015 20:11

What did Alison Moyer wear? Would that work?

Cocolepew · 22/02/2015 20:11

Backcomb your hair and tie lace in it.

Oh yes go as Siousxie or Robert Smith. I modelled myself on him even though I was a teenage girl Hmm

Black trouser suit, white shirt, diamonte, smeared red lipstick and backcombed hair. Carry a stuffed cat.

bigmouthstrikesagain · 22/02/2015 20:20

Gothic could be fun I wish I looked like Kate Bush .... red lippy a leotard and wispy skirt and crimped hair ... sorted.
oh well.
Alison Moyet all sack dress and big coat iirc

You've got a great figure for Madonna, Like a Virgin. Lacy dress (can add extra netting quite cheaply from a fabric shop), back comb hair, floppy fabric headband, lacy gloves and pearls.

bigmouthstrikesagain · 22/02/2015 20:35

Ooh madonna I have a pair of pinstripe trews I just need a conical bra... hmm

OP posts:
noddyholder · 22/02/2015 20:36

Madonna definitely really easy Draw on a mole and set your hair and put a scarf in it!

MrsLettuce · 22/02/2015 20:39

WKD do those - here Wink

Awks · 22/02/2015 21:08

You should def do Robert Smith with your user name. £8 jersey swing dress from ebay, rat your hair, let a toddler put your lippy on and a bunch of glads and you're sorted.

meandjulio · 22/02/2015 21:10

White shirt, black cropped trousers, lots and lots of silk scarves and Steve Strange makeup. Vertical hair. Sorted.

Penguinsaresmall · 22/02/2015 22:52

I had to be bananarama (one of!) recently.

Got it all from a charity shop - stonewashed jeans about three sizes too big, rolled up. Held up with old man braces and a hideous electric blue baggy t shirt underneath.

Obviously v garish makeup and about five cans of hairspray on back combed hair Grin

Superherosidekick · 23/02/2015 08:10

What about channelling your inner Joan Collins and going all 80's power dressing. Big shoulder pads and nipped in waist, pencil skirt?

burnishedsilver · 23/02/2015 09:56

Based on your user name I'm going to suggest this look Grin.

MrsFionaCharming · 23/02/2015 12:55

I can't help on the 80s front (90s kid here!), but where did you get that dress in your picture? It's fabulous!

Iwillsaythisonlyonce · 23/02/2015 13:07

What about some kind of Toyah outfix.

Pink or Orange Hair, Neon makeup and punky/leather kind of thing?

blibblibs · 23/02/2015 13:07

I went to an 80's night last year and wore all the neon crap - it was awful. But a friend just had a simple blue dress, with a thin red belt and red very pointy shoes. She curled her hair, made it very big and tied a ribbon in it where an alice band would normally be. She without a doubt looked the best out of all of us and probably looked most realistic fashion wise.
