Maybelline Dream Satin brows

Does anyone use this brow pencil and powder combo? Stupid question alert, but how do you get the powder to come down onto the sponge?

I do and I love it! Prefer to any benefit brow product or several others I have tried.
For me, the powder was definately already in the sponge when I first used it.

Thanks Chic! I've worked it out now When you put the lid back on more powder goes into the sponge.
