Eye lash primers-for smudgy/panda eyes-Help!

I'm off shopping today. I've recently read that Clarins and Estée Lauder do primers/sealant that goes over your mascara to stop the panda eye. Can anyone recommend?

I have really oily skin. I'm lucky I have long eye lashes, however the combination of oily skin and long lash = Alice Cooper!

I currently using NARs eye primer and a waterproof Channel mascara. (Urban decay doesn't cut it for me nor 99%of water proof/ tubing mascara's).

I understand Mac paint pots can be used as eye shadow primer? Any thoughts or suggestions will be gratefully received.

Hi. I use the Clinique Primer which I find very effective; both with my cheapie Max Factor work mascara and my "going out" Chanel mascara. Hope you enjoy your shopping trip!

Oops posted too soon - the one I use goes under mascara but it does help it to stay on longer.

MAC paintpots are fab as eyeshadow primers. have never used a mascara primer/sealant sorry (not helpful but Dior (not waterproof) never smudges on me so no need).
