Muslin cloth storage!?

Yesterday I bought the Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser after hearing good things on here.... What I wondered after using it this morning was how best to store the muslin cloth until you use it next? -I thought that after using it and rinsing it it might get a lot of bacteria until it's rinsed and used again at night? -should I be doing something special to it or storing it somewhere in particular? Please advise!BlushBlush

I just let mine air dry over the shower rail (which is cleaned daily - haha!). They recommend just two day's use then chuck it in the washing machine. Also, when the texture changes on the cloth it's time for a new one. It should remain stiffish, not flaccid, but you can recycle them as dusters. Usually I find the cloth texture changes right at the end of a normal sized tube (not the supersize one) so I just put it in the recycle pile.

I use cheap flannels - fresh one each day and wash them with the towels so no extra work.
