Nude Shoes and Bag for a February Wedding?

I can't decide. I'm wearing this dress, but probably with a jacket instead of the bolero/cardi.

There's a dance in the evening, and it will get boiling, so the dress isn't very wintery. I'm going to wear flesh satin dance shoes for that, so realistically have to wear nude tights.

However, for the actual church, should I wear nude tights and nude shoes/clutch or is that far too summery? I could wear black tights and black heels/bag, but then I'd really have to change my tights at some point. Would that be a bit weird?

What colour is the jacket?
If you are going with a black jacket, then black shoes probably makes sense.
I don't think it would be any stranger to change your tights than your shoes tbh - I doubt if anyone would notice you've done it as long as you weren't planning to do it at the table.

I would wear nude tights and either black or nude shoes. I think nude tights look smarter than black opaque for some reason.

Not black tights with that. Do you have to wear tights? Can't you just wax/self tan a few days before?

I didn't think of nude tights and black shoes. Obviously having a dim five minutes there! So nude tights, black shoes and clutch. That sounds much easier than whatever I was thinking of Hmm

I've worn it in summer before with a white jacket and nude shoes, hence my mind jumping to that, but have a nice little black jacket that would go over it.

I'd rather wear tights just because February in an old church will probably be a bit cold!
