Hi all, I am hoping that you can help me, being a middle aged woman after having 5 children, up top is not as firm as I would like it to be and not really wanting to go down the boob job route, I tried like a push up bra but tended to fall out Hmm can anyone recommend bra to help me feel more feminine Smile
Thank you

Can you please measure yourself first to check the size as that's half the battle Smile then we'll know which bras might work too. The measuring guide can be found on the better bra campaign website -can't link just now but it comes up on Google

Hi, Please can I add to this thread and ask for help. I am currently wearing a 38 C or D or a 40 C and it is so uncomfortable I can't wait to take my bra off each evening - I am now 50 and have three children so am not exactly perky!

I have just measured myself the recommended way and it is coming up 34 1/2 under bust and 42 bent over. I am guessing from what I have read I need to go down to a 34 band size (my current bras ride up a lot and if I scope I have much spillage) and up a lot of cup sizes.

Any advice please.

Thank You

soupy, try a 34ff or 34g

minikins, if you want a good shape, then id go for a fuller coverage cup. Wearing a pushup bra if you have soft breasts rather than firm, will just make your breasts fall out of it and constant readjustments.

this sort of style is good for that and comfy too.

Thank you I will go somewhere that has larger cup size bra's and try a few on in those sizes.

Branleuse · 18/02/2015 09:48

make sure you try on the sizes around it too. because so many bras fit differently. Your actual 'size' is a guide only

Soupy - I swapped a 40C for a 34E and it's a much better fit, the only problem is finding a nice looking bra rather that a huge lace thing, I'm 35 and have had 4 kids too.

It sounded crazy to change to such a different size but it's a much better fit.

Thank you for all your advice, I shall check out the measuring website and the bra site you suggested and hopefully get sorted, I'll update you if I feel more feminine after :)
