Fashion help for 13 year old dd

My dd is complaining she hasn't got many clothes BUT she hates shopping, doesn't know what she likes and won't try anything on. She lives in leggings, hoodies, skinny jeans and T shirts. When I was her age there were fashion magazines like Just 17. Do such things still exist? Or are there any Blogs for sensible, wanting to be comfy but also fashionable teenaged girls? TIA

Why not get her to is with you and do some online shopping if she hates physical shopping so much

I think my answer would be that, if she wants some more clothes, then she needs to agree to come along to the shops.
You need to try things on to see if they'd work for you, rather than on the model in a magazine.
If she doesn't want to go shopping, then she'd have to get by with what she had.

My DD loves shopping and internet shopping doesn't work for us because so much of what I order for her, she doesn't like when she sees it or it doesn't fit (jeans so long they cover her feet and could be a babygro, etc). If you do find a useful blog, please let us know!

I don't think you can influence them particularly.

DD2, who is 11, is just the same, and lives in leggings and hoodys. I'm expecting her to be like her older sister, who only really started to care about fashion and make up recently, and largely due to influences from the crowd she hangs round with at school. So suddenly she wanted a parka like X, and a crop top like Y.... She wouldn't have been remotely interested in my suggestions.

Gets expensive, though, she's in adult sizes.

My 13 year old goes shopping with her friends. She sometimes buys clothes - usually she just buys (more) nail varnish.

When she needs something she is happy to shop otherwise she doesn't. She currently wears a lot of leggings/skinny jeans, t-shirts, hoodies also. Isn't that what 13 year olds wear though?
