Lancôme L'absolu rouge shade 006 or look at Bobbi Brown. Hope you find a nice one!

TheCraicDealer · 16/02/2015 20:51

MAC in Coral Bliss, or Too Faced Colour Bomb in.....[rummages in muji drawers]....Coral Pop. The latter also has a slight tingly/lip plumping effect which is handy enough.

gonegrey56 · 16/02/2015 20:51

Bobbi Brown Sandwash Peach

Lndnmummy · 16/02/2015 21:28

Ohh im looking for this too, the new clarins balms had a gorgoeus coral one, will check name and report back but it was v flattering!

evelynj · 16/02/2015 21:30

Tom ford true coral. Great pigment, nice finish, not drying, lovely packaging but expensive-£37 I think

Eliza22 · 16/02/2015 21:32

I bought No7 Waterlilly. £10. Good peachy/ coral. Get lots of comments on it! Nicely moisturising and brightening!

Tangoandcreditcards · 16/02/2015 21:32

Second the Lancôme one. I love it

OttiliaVonBCup · 16/02/2015 21:33

Nars Mayflower.

very pretty.

Also Niagara.
But Mayflower's prettier.

LordEmsworth · 16/02/2015 22:58

I have Bobbi Brown Valencia Orange, love it. Orange in tube but lovely coral on skin.

BringMeTea · 17/02/2015 06:29

A topic close to my heart. I own many but firm favourite is Mac Flamingo.

BestIsWest · 17/02/2015 06:34

I use the Lancome one too.

honeylou42 · 17/02/2015 06:50

Thanks everybody for some lovely ideas, i would love the Tom Ford one but even i refuse to pay nearly 40 quid. I actually came across this NARS casablanca one while looking up all your replies, im not sure if anybody has this but im going in search of it this week

The thing is you just have to try them don't you? Skintone plays such a big part in how they look on different people. I hope you find your holy grail coral OP. Smile

Whippet81 · 17/02/2015 07:30

I love coral and have loads of lipsticks and glosses from MAC.

Coral Bliss and Style Surge (I think it is) are both nice.

Eliza22 · 19/02/2015 18:58

Whilst we're on coral lippies.... Mel On Red Nose Bake Off's pinky coral one. Anyone hazard a guess as to what make/shade it is?

evelynj · 19/02/2015 23:11

I just need to add my comment that the best thing to do is go to a big store, try one on. Go outside into natural light & take a photo of yourself (holding a scribble with the puppy name). Repeat for each lippy on. Your list & go back the next day to get the chosen one after mulling over it at home with some vino ;)

Make sure you have your other Normal, make up on. Keep us updated & good luck!

WagonWheel · 19/02/2015 23:13

A couple more suggestions for the OP: Liz Earle's 'Melon' or By Terry's 'Guilty Nude', (eye-wateringly expensive but just beautiful). I'm MAC NC25 for reference, as I agree that skin-tone/undertone matters.

schmalex · 19/02/2015 23:16

Ooh, now I need a coral lipstick!

Boomf · 19/02/2015 23:17

Liz Earles Azalea is a very pretty coral type shade that suits all

WagonWheel · 19/02/2015 23:18

Good one, Boomf: I have Azalea, too, and it's beautiful.

Boomf · 19/02/2015 23:23

Isn't it? I usually gravitate towards plum shades and glosses but the Azalea is one I keep in my work pocket and know that I can reliably apply it without a mirror! It's subtle but fresh and not an old fashioned orange coral.

I shall check out Melon

Boomf · 19/02/2015 23:23

I actually like a lot of LE make up with the exception of the face powder. The packaging is rather uninspiring though

honeylou42 · 20/02/2015 06:42

Thanks again the liz earle one's look promising, and the By Terry one looks amazing. I cant wait to get down to the make up counters tomorrow Smile
