I want a black and white striped t-shirt - black, with white stripes. I want it to be quite fitted, scoop necked and bum length. This seems to be an absolutely impossible dream. I had an ancient one from M&S but wore it so much that it got holes in it, and have never seen another one.

Any ideas? Real shops please, rather than online only. Thanks in anticipation!

LTS quality is not great though.

GS one not black enough (sticks tongue out at Suze). I'll have a look at the LTS one - it doesn't need to be great quality as it's only for slobbing around at weekends in.

Gap generally v poor quality nowadays. 'Dark night' - do you think that means navy or black?

I was wondering about Dark Night too. Now, I've generally thought Gap Ts were poor and thin and horrid gir a few years now , but i picked up a couple in an outlet store last week which were really nice - thick cotton, springy-stretchy, and long ..... And £3!

I saw this on tesco this morning. It's more white with black stripes but it has the scoop neck. It might fill the gap in the short term.

Thanks everyone, but none of these are what I want. Most are too short. I also think I was wrong about the scoop neck, as the pic Burnished posted is way too low. Maybe I want a crew neck?
