High-waisted black smart slim cropped trousers - HELP!

I have been looking for some for ages. I want them for work but I can't find anything that doesn't cut me in half across the stomach or isn't too casual.

Anyone got any recommendations pleeeeease?

I bought some from Cos the other week, definitely high waisted and slim, not terribly cropped (I'm not tall) but am planning to turn them up an inch or so - then they will fulfil your brief!

That said, they aren't wool blend - do you need a heavier weight for warmth?

I have these from Reiss. They are not the cheapest but I justified them on a cost per wear basis; they're really flattering and hit me just on the ankle (I'm 5'8 though....).

I got lovely ones just like that from Coast.

Keep an eye on theory, I bought some there last year- amazing fit.

I bought the Reiss ones and they're fab! A bit tight across the stomach but their sizes tend to come up a bit small and I'm hoping it will loosen with wear and my diet.

I'm also going to try one of the other suggestions when I get paid as it would be handy to have another pair. A couple of sites I've never looked at mentioned on here which I will definitely be using in future.
