Over Knee Boots - will they still be "in" next winter?

Ever late to the party, I've decided I'd quite like a pair of over-knee boots. Low heel or flat, preferably in a mid-brown or grey, to wear with skinny jeans and/or skirts.

It's a good time to buy as there are still quite a few pairs knocking about in the tail end of the sales, but I know I won't get much wear out of them before the weather warms up.

My question is, will they still be fashionable next winter? Or will they scream 2014?

They've been around so long, every year I keep thinking they'll go out of fashion but they don't. Same with flipping riding boots.

I wouldn't worry and anyway if you like them bugger 'fashion'.

I think not but if you like them buy them.

Only if you're under 25 or want to look like Madonna.

Who knows what will be in or out of fashion next year*, but given that there are a load of women (myself included) walking around in OTK boots at the moment, and that these boots will still be in good condition next winter, I'd guess they'll still be around.

*Actually, there are probably people in the fashion industry deciding this already.

Where i live (Essex) Ugg boots still rule
Up Larndan last week, loads of women in riding boots and biker boots (not an Ugg in sight)

I love OTK boots but I'd wear with skinny jean jeggings and look like Shurl from Eastenders

I bit the bullet and ordered these (they were only £60 last week). They arrived today, and I'm in love! Gorgeous colour, mega comfy, and even got the thumbs up from judgemental teenage DD.

Let's hope they are still "in" next winter, eh? Smile
