what casual day shoes for march/april?

will you still being wearing flat boots etc or will you have transitioned to a shoe?

We are going away for a city break the first week of the easter hols. looking at the weather charts it will be highs of 10 and most likely rain at some point every day.

I'm packing light. mix and match of leggings, long tunic tops and long cardigans., and a rain coat. I don't need an evening outfits as we have a small child.

I was thinking of wearing my trusty flat boots, as they are great for comfort and walking, but wondered if they would look a bit wintery. Ballet flats as an alternative but I know you are supposed to wear them without socks and I get cold feet, or a canvas type pump, but I wondered if they would get wet. can you wear socks with canvas pumps?

Why do I never learn? I always click on every link on shoe threads and then I'm convinced I need a pair of each of them! Especially like the quilted M&S ones and the converse.

yazzy yes the leather is really nice and they're very cool.. I've not actually worn them yet, will dress them up with skinnies, blazer, cool handbag in the spring...

Good plan yazzy I also have the Ash leather hi-tops -they are very soft and amazingly comfortable..
