Pigmentation + blemishes - which products should I use?

In my early 40s. Always had congested skin so have used products for that. But now I have pigmentation issues from sun damage. Are there any products that would work for both issues? Or do I layer products? Or use products for one issue in the morning and the other at night? Help!!!!

I had similar problems with my skin and have been using an acid peel.
For pigmentation and sun damage a Salicylic mandelic peel is best.
You can get them to use at home for under a tenner.
Google it hope this helps!

May I ask what products you used that helped with the congestion?

Alpha H liquid gold 2 or 3 nights a week and an SPF 30 or higher every single day.

I've been using apple cider vinegar (not normal cider vinegar - I use this: www.amazon.co.uk/Braggs-Organic-Apple-Cider-Vinegar/dp/B001I7MVG0) mixed half and half in a tub with boiled water. Dip a cotton wool pad in and use it like toner. I also added a few drops of tea tree oil. I've really noticed it has helped not just spots but also marks left and my skin looks much more even in tone and congestion is better. You can use it neat too, now I've used it 50/50 with water I might switch to neat.

There's lots online about apple cider vinegar and pigmentation, acne etc, eg:
pigmentationcreams.com/apple-cider-vinegar-dark-spots-skin-natural-benefits/

I can also reveal it works on thrush Blush.

I suggest you try Carrot oil infusion, it's very high in beta carotene and great for evening out the skin tone, Fushi do a really high quality one. Do not expect result over night though, you need to stick with it religiously for at least a few weeks

The review for Alpha H look really good. Might try that. Hate trying new products for pigmentation as always worry they'll bring me out in spots

Alpha H has never brought me out in spots. I use all sorts as I'm a skincare junkie but Alpha H is hands down my favourite brand, does what it says it'll do & doesn't cause breakouts.
