Panache sports bra question

At what point do I size up/down??? I am currently wearing a 32f, which is the same size as my regular bras which fit very comfortably. My regular bras are on the tightest hook but the panache is on the widest and the eye part is starting to pull out of the strap, despite it feeling very comfortable. Now that I know I like the panache, I want to get a second one, but should I size up and if so, to what ?

do you think you need a bigger back size then? If you go up a back size you would go down a cup size to get the same cup volume e.g. if you went to a 34 back you would get an E cup to get the same cup volume.

I suspect if you go up a band size it might be too loose. It's a tricky one - how does it feel when it's on>?

Oops, I've just double checked and it's actually 30f, not 32f I was obviously temporarily illiterate when ordering .

That's what I was wondering about Pixie, but obviously now going up to 32e instead of 34e, but I was a bit worried the band might be too big. And the problem is that I can't tell until I've worn it for a run whether or not it fits properly, so the wrong size wouldn't exactly be in a returnable state... (no where locally stocks them, so I have to order online.)

Anyway, to answer your question, Statistically, it feels fine on. It's tight when straight out of the wash but stretches to a comfortable but firm fit. It completely eliminates bounce, which I love. I can't see or feel overspill in the cups. I have a very flabby squidgy torso so the band does press into my skin, but not uncomfortably or so it can be seen under clothes. My regular bras are 32f debenhams own range, full cups. Maybe I just need to go up in the cup, so 30g?

Bra shopping is worse than jeans shopping these days...

the next size up from F would be FF, not G

OK, if it's a 30 and your normal bras are a 32 then you could try the 32 in the Panache to see if it is more comfortable. It doesn't sound like it's a bad fit though, just that the eye has pulled out? Sometimes that happens tbh, especially with sports bras which need to be tight and which take a lot of punishment! But, given it's not brand new it will have stretched a bit so the 32e is worth a shot.

Amazon had them reduced to £19 or so recently

Thanks Pixie, I get confused about which letters double up.

The last 2 Shock Absorbers I had, the eye pulled out too, but on all three sets! I have it about 2 months, so it's had some wear (maybe 4-5 hours a week) but I didn't think it had that much punishment. Anyway, a second one will be useful to have, so I'll order the 32 and see how I get on.

Thanks for the advice ladies.
