My normal comfyish bras feel very uncomfortable and i have ahem...spillage over the cup. I take it that its normal to go up a size at that time? Do you buy a cup size more to compensate??? Please tell me!!

Hi, yes it is normal. I have two types of bras. One set for 3 weeks on the month and the other for the couple of days leading up to period and first few days of period. I go up a band size and down a cup size, which is actually the equivalent of going up in size, so from 28E to 30DD. I only finally realised this a few years ago!

Totally normal, I gain about a cup size. I tend to have lots of bras anyway and I just shop whenever, but there are definitely some which fit at that time of the month and some which just don't.

Thats good to know. Thanks. Will need to maybe purchase a few that are a cup bigger.
