Help! Need a dress to wear to a wedding on Saturday

Hi All
Really need your help in finding something to wear to a wedding this Saturday (not much time I know!). I had bought the Cath Kinston Autumn bloom dress which is the kind of shape I'm looking for but I've just tried it on and would appear I've put on a bit of weight :-(
I'm 5ft 3 and a size 10 if that helps.

Whenever I do this, I end up shopping at Primark. Saves me a fortune.

I think this looks nice for a spring wedding and the shape looks flattering
