What do you wear when going for a nice restaurant meal?

I want to look nice, not overdressed & nothing too tight obviously.

If a fancy restaurant I like the idea of a silky shirt slightly tucked into high waisted trousers of some ilk, would add a couple of long fine gold chains.
Depends on your wardrobe! What do you have and what kind of style do you like?

I have black skinnies, an array of heels. Lots of jackets & dresses. No nice going out tops. I thought a camisole but I loathe the horrible static synthetic ones that are around at the minute. I'm 5'6 size 10-12 but very busty so shirts are a no no unless I wear them open with a vest underneath as I burst out.

I wear cigarette style trousers, silk or lace blouse / top with heels and a clutch.

Or black leather skater skirt with skinny fit merino jumper, opaques, heels and clutch.
