Bra Intervention Ladies: Please Help!

Hi, I'm usually a 36F in M&S bras and yes, I am aware that their sizing/fitting practices are pretty rubbish . I need to lose at least two stone, but currently my measurements are 35.5 underbust and 43 over the fullest part. What size do you suggest I try? Thank you.

Your measurements actually suggest a 36F as one of the possible range of sizes - how is your bra fitting at the moment?

Thanks Statistically. It seems fine, all breast tissue is contained within the cup and there is no strap marks/riding up the back. M&S t-shirt padded bras are the most comfortable ones I own, especially now that they've widened the straps.
