Spray Tan

I've never had one before and have just booked one for next week. I know I need to exfoliate, but when? The day before or a few times before? What should I wear?

Any top tips please? ?

Dark knickers and moisturise your knees,elbows,ankles,knuckles every night till you go get it done

exfoliate & moisturise the day before.
They might offer you paper knickers/ thong. I usually wear these.
Loose dark clothing for after tan - I usually wear a long black sun dress without a bra & go straight home!

Do not wear deodorant on the day you're having it done. It'll go coppery green and be very difficult to remove.
