by soft, do you mean flexible, or cushioned?

Shoe therapy flats look nice but seem pricey (in mothercare, or Seraphine website)

The street shoe bit of my nike yoga wrap shoes are flexible, but might be too sporty for your office?

My last pair before that were hush puppies. Not hugely flexible initially but softened very quickly.

I'm working in a sales office which is part of a showhome on a new housing developemnt.

Need something to change into that won't damage the new carpets (my shoes get muddy when I'm on site).

Ideally a ballet flat or even smart slipper?

French sole or Repetto. Not cheap but so comfortable

I wear clarks lia grace

I wear them all the time even at home sometimes - they are the most comfortable ballet style shoe I have come across!

It has a rubber sole which is soft and very comfortable and the leather is soft too.

I had to size down though so maybe try instore if you like them.
