Mascara on eyelash extensions...

...yes, I know that I shouldn't have worn any, but went to a big fancy themed event last night and needed to look 'exaggerated' in the eye make up department.

Have awoken this morning hungover rather tired and with sticky lashes, as my make up removal was somewhat less than stellar at 3am.

Can I gently remove residual mascara with eye make up remover? Wash it off and pat dry?

Or must I lose my lovely cow-like lashes and chalk it up to experience?

Anyone?

Pretty sure when I had them done the lady said as long as products were oil free they were generally ok in very small doses. Try using a cotton bud/ q tip with some remover so you can stay away from the glue?
